Andino in Greer

First off, everything we ordered was old, then when we got our main courses (chicken parm& calzone) everything was cold,then when we told the waitress she tried to argue with us and deny the fact that their food was old, and then the waitress started to talk about us under her breath. The prices were outrageously expensive and we didn’t even eat the food and the waitress/manager made us pay for the food we didn’t even eat.

The food is ANAAZZZINGGGGG!! We are huge fans of the food and staff. The restaurant is extremely clean and beautiful inside. When you walk up to it, you don't expect the inside to be as beautiful as it is. Pleasantly surprised.

This it's some excellent food! We have been here twice and neither time has disappointed! This little spot is secluded right off of wade Hampton in greer. We highly recommend this place👍

First off the meat for the pizza was cold. I didn't even get my food and had to pay for the meal. I asked for the manager and the sever was the manager she said I can warm up your food for you but I can't take it off of your bill. The manager was very unpolite and unfriendly. I was never go back in this place I wouldn't even feed my dog this food. My bill was 43 dollars for food I didn't even touch the drinks were 3.50 each for soft drinks. I was very unpleased with this place and the food and manager. I will not be back.

Heard about this great place from regular customers. I ordered the meat sauce with pene, delicious! Hearty, thick, tomato sauce with ground beef. The one trip salad bar was small but a good selections of pasta salads and bean salads. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered Frutta di Mare and it was too salty. The Fettuccine Alfredo w/shrimp was good.

The wait for your food is way too long. They could improve on their marinara sauce also.

Our favorite restaurant in the area. Staff is great. Food is wonderful. The marinara is robust and flavorful. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

This review gets a change up from the past one because if the owners response. The sauce on the cold app was bland. I know that dish and understand it is served cold. But the seafood was cold. The tab was our doing because your cocktails are AMAZING. I probably could spend 100 on just your Sangria. Realistically, I'm going to eat all of the seafood all of the time unless I think it might kill me. All of this being said, I appreciate you taking the time to remember every guest and personalize your response. That means a lot. You're clearly a good person and I think I will be coming back to see if you may have suggestions that you think I would enjoy. I love ceviche! 😀

Nice surprise as one of the only restaurants open on a Sunday. Italian and South American Andes area food. We had some of both and everything was wonderful. The service was very quick and super friendly as well. Come here and you will be happy!

I constantly stop getting some food here. I enjoyed the prompt customer service and well prepared dishes. Never disappointing.

Excellent Delioso For All Type Of Occasions. Groups Church events etc... They make you feel like at home.

I ordered a pasta dish and didn't get any pasta how are you suppose to enjoy your dinner when your missing the main ingredient! Also stuffed mushrooms more like topped with bread crumbs and you should have a light on your salad bar and Togo people shouldn't have to come in and make their own salad that defeats the purpose of placing a Togo order

The service was very slow. We waited at least an hour for the food and the restaurant was dead. When it was time for the food to come out, the man working brought one dish at a time and alternated between our table and another, while the other girls working stood around. I watched other tables receive their food while I was the only one at my table that didn’t have mine. The food was ok.

An absolute gem! Although I live in New Jersey, I have family who lives in Taylors, not far from Greer. Every single time we visit my family, we eat at Andinos, and every single time, it is a great experience. I have tried items off both the Italian menu and Andean menu and have never been disappointed. The Italian food is second to none (and that's coming from an Italian-American from New Jersey!), and the Andean food is also delicious, especially if (like me) you occasionally want to try something different. I read a few of the negative reviews and honestly feel like they describe an entirely different restaurant. The food here is always fresh and tasty, the service has always been great, and the prices are more than reasonable. My family and I love it so much, we ate there twice the last time I visited the area! Strongly recommend you give it a shot.

This restaurant is quickly rising to become one of my local favorites. Every dish I've had has been delicious and prices are quite reasonable. We've taken some friends and they were equally pleased. The restaurant is local and family-run. I love the casual and relaxed atmosphere. Don't be in a hurry if you come here. Everything is prepared fresh and to order, so it takes some time to get your orders. Your patience will be well rewarded. You'll see people of all ages and ethnicities here. It is quiet enough to actually have a conversation with yelling or repeating yourself.

We had a wonderful meal. Good quality food, authentic Italian and South American Cuisine. Great service. We will definitely be back.

First and last visit to this place on Friday. 6.00 pm, on a Friday evening place is not even half full, we and others could not be seated because there where no menues, That's a first. After a long time finally being seated, never saw a server, finally asked for water which came but the owner ran away, despite us saying we are ready to order!. 20 min later still not ordered! Finally stopped someone, she said we had to wait in line until the customers that came before us ordered, fair enough, so they mast have been waiting to order 40 minutes or so . FINALLY she came, not friendly at all, like she was doing us a favor, when we started to order she said food will take upwards of 45 minutes. That's when we left, we saw other people leaving also without dinner.. They do not have there act together, but worse they don't seem to care.

Nice clean restaurant off the main road. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The food is great and nice portion sizes. The reason for anything less than a 5 star would be due to the salad bar. There is very little to make a salad with. There is no cheese or croutons, missing your basic salad items. Other wise the restaurant, service and food has always been enjoyable and we will eat there again.

We waited 1 1/2 hours last night for our meal. The servers nor the manager ever came to our table to apologize for the wait and when we asked when our food would be ready, the server smirked and rolled her eyes, said they were busy. We watched people walk out without being served after waiting for their food, everyone seemed irritated, though the employees didn't seem to care at all. The food was good, nothing spectacular and definitely not worth the wait. I expected to receive some sort of discount on our bill for the ridiculously long wait, we didn't until I requested it from the manager and she gave us $5 off. I was very disappointed in the entire experience.

I had a superb time at this restaurant. We loved the excellent atmosphere and the meals. The waiters are very friendly. I’m content we ultimately decided to eat here.

Starters great.....chicken alfredo very bland.....pizza extremely oily. Told waiter our complaints and his response was unprofessional. Could get better food for $130 for 3 people.

First of all I 40 percent Italian and when I tasted your do called,"Italian Food", all I could taste pure freezer burnt food. Yes if you must know I was apart of the party when you said that "All our food is fresh". The manager tried to argue with my wife, and if you were truly a family business 0you would have heard the phrase."The customers are always right" and you must have not have heard that phrase because what manager argues with the cuatomer. Now lets get to the food, The cheese bread was freezer burntt, the calzone was cold. Honestly I wasn't. going to write a review, but when you responded to my wife's review, it left me no choice but to write a review(which was a very impolite review),so hopefully this can help you to improve yout food and your service.

They have some very good plates, but the service is often slow. Good for very small groups

Our first time visit, we waited about 45 min to get a table. Thengoin on an hour now to get anything. Haven't even received the appetizer yet. Two other tables have gotten up and left after ordering. Guess they got tired of waiting. I would understand if I was still in Houston, but this is Greer SC. Come on people. The staff doesn't seem to care. Other tables that were seated after us least have appetizers. I probably won't be back

I have been meaning to visit Andino's since its opening, but only now, with our usual Italian place closed on Black Friday, had I made it a point to. I was in the mood for chicken picatta, and Andino's did not disappoint. Situated just off of Wade Hampton, it'd be easy to miss this spot, but it's larger than it looks. It's very nice inside, and CLEAN. I mean, the glasses sparkle, they're so clean. I'm not a buffet girl by any means but their salad bar was well-kept, with a nice selection of fresh produce. The service was fine, not over-the-top but decent, and their prices are incredibly low for the quality of food served. Both my husband and I ate everything on our plates, including the delicious pasta side (your choice of picatta sauce or red). Overall a very good first experience. We'll definitely be back.

Orders 2 lunch pizzas today ($7.99 each) and a cappuccino ($3.50) or $19.48 total. Then decided to get 2 sides of pepperoncini peppers. The bill jumps to $32.86 when my wife went to pick it up. They refused to give her an itemized bill. So, I'm assuming these pepperoncinis cost almost as much as thepizzas or their online menu pricing is incorrect! Won't be back. Pizza and cuppucinino were ok or would give 1 star.

The food is 5 stars, but the service is zero stars. I've always been a fan and don't mind a wait. However, last night I placed a take out order and it took an hour and a half. They said 45 min when I ordered. I came to the restaurant 45 minutes later and still sat there another 45 min waiting. I ask twice if they could tell me how much longer and was brushed off. Not one person ever came to offer any explanation, much less an apology. That's just bad business.

Have always eaten the Italian fare and have not been disappointed. Excellent marinara, good rolls and salad bar, and solid service with healthy portions.

Very nice been there several times. Was taken back when I ordered the veal parmesan sandwich and the came for fries. I told them I did not want the fries into add a side of pasta. I was told I could not do this because it was a sandwich in it only came with the fries. A pay for anything that I want just give me what I ask.

Surprised by the quality of the food here. Hard to notice location off of Wade Hampton but don't be fooled. The food and service was first rate! Will be going back on a regular basis.

I celebrated my nomination today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a marvelous evening and the restaurant was evidently the reason for that happy evening. The stuff participated in a gorgeous way, the meals were very good and my guests were very delighted. We shall no dout visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

One of favorite restaurants in the upstate. The best Chicken Parmigiana I've ever had. Everyone there is just outstanding. You can't go wrong with Andino's.

Every time I drove by the sign for this restaurant, I never read the fine print and therefore missed it was a restaurant. It looks more like a car or outdoor equipment store sign. I am so upset I didn't look sooner. This place, other than the extremely slow service, has a great selection of Mediterranean, Italian, and similar food. The taste was spot on, the atmosphere appropriate. Prices were a little high for the lack of service we received. There were only two other tables, we went around 2pm, and two servers, and yet they were not around most of the time. We ran out of drinks, they actually never asked if we wanted refills! Makes it difficult for me to return at these prices.

My husband and I went there about a month ago and the food was amazing. Coming from Miami, I really missed authentic Italian food and this absolutely hit the spot. We are going back tonight AND this weekend. The service was good too, staff was friendly and welcoming. The place itself is cozy and very welcoming. Great job guys!

First time at andino. Arrived 5 pm Saturday. Service and food great. Restaurant is well maintained and clean. Will go again. Not the easiest place to see on first visit. It is actually below the road. Pay attention to street names.
